ProcureDesk Named a G2 Momentum Leader and High Performer for Mid-Market (Summer 2026)

ProcureDesk Named a G2 Momentum Leader and High Performer for Mid-Market (Summer 2026)

ProcureDesk Earns 5 G2 Summer 2026 Badges

Most procurement software awards come from an analyst getting briefed and publishing a quadrant. G2 works the other way. Its badges are calculated from verified reviews left by the people who use the product every day.

So this round means something to us. In G2’s Summer 2026 reports, ProcureDesk earned five badges, including Momentum Leader and High Performer for Mid-Market, with a 4.4 out of 5 on G2. Every one of those scores came from the finance and procurement teams who run the platform, not from us.

The five badges

  • Momentum Leader, Purchasing. High satisfaction paired with real growth in adoption.
  • High Performer, Procure-to-Pay. Strong satisfaction across the full procure-to-pay workflow.
  • High Performer, Purchasing. Strong scores in the core purchasing category.
  • High Performer, Purchasing (Mid-Market). The one we watch most, scored by companies in our core 100 to 1,000 employee range.
  • High Performer, Purchasing (Small Business). Strong satisfaction from smaller teams.

The Mid-Market badge is the one that counts for us. ProcureDesk is built for finance teams at companies with 100 to 1,000 employees, and G2 scores that segment on its own. Recognition there says teams our size are rating the platform highly, not just the smallest accounts.

What customers actually said

The badges are an average. The reviews are where the detail lives. A few themes come up again and again: approvals that finally move out of email, hands-on help during setup, and workflows a two-person AP team can run without an IT project.

Why mid-market finance teams rate it this way

ProcureDesk runs the full procure-to-pay flow in one system: purchase request, approval, PO, goods receipt, 3-way matching, and invoice payment. It sits on top of QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Business Central, so you keep your books where they are. Employees buy through 200-plus punchout catalogs while Finance keeps control of the approval and the budget.

That control shows up in the numbers our customers report. EvolveImmune Therapeutics cut invoice discrepancies by 85% with automated 3-way matching. myDNA took month-end close from 7 to 8 days down to 3. Most teams go live in 2 to 3 weeks, with our team handling the setup.

Thank you

To every customer who left a review: thank you. You put us on these reports, and you keep raising the bar for what the platform has to do.
